Established in 2006 in Dubai, Soiltec Piling & Foundation has evolved into one of the UAE's leading names in geotechnical contracting. The company was founded to address the growing demand for technically robust, safety-driven, and cost-effective foundation solutions in a rapidly developing market.
As the business expanded, Soiltec extended its presence to Abu Dhabi in 2009 and soon after across all seven UAE Emirates. Over the years, the company has also delivered key projects across the wider MENA region, playing a role in shaping essential infrastructure across diverse environments.
Today, Soiltec delivers tailored foundation solutions supporting infrastructure, high-rise, commercial, and industrial developments across the region.

Led by two seasoned engineers whose combined expertise spans over 50 years in geotechnical and foundation engineering.
Eng. Ayman Khalaf, Managing Director and co-founder, combines deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership. His distinguished career spans over three decades, during which he has led the delivery of complex geotechnical solutions across the Middle East. His exposure to French and Korean geotechnical methodologies has greatly influenced Soiltec's unique technical approach.
Eng. Bahgat Keshty, Technical Director and co-founder, brings over 25 years of specialized geotechnical engineering experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain. A PMI-certified professional, he is well-versed in the design and execution of deep foundation systems, soil retention, slope stability, and geotechnical coordination.
Our operations are certified under a unified Integrated Management System (IMS), covering all areas of our work and business — ensuring quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational safety on every project site.
